Pemrograman CNC ( bagian 1 )

Sebelum kita mempelajari pemrograman CNC dalam pengerjaan benda kerja , baik pada mesin bubut CNC maupun Milling ( Frais) maka kita perlu tahu terlebih dahulu dengan Kode-kode  pemrograman yang berlaku pada pemrograman CNC. Agar kita lebih mudah memahami kita kelompokan saja secara langsung kode-kode pemrograman untuk Lathe (bubut) CNC dan Milling (Frais) CNC, walaupun ada beberapa kode yang sama.

Dalam programing mesin CNC ( Computer Numerically Controlled ) kita mengenal G-code, M-code, dan T-code.
dimana ,
Kode G :menyatakan kode untuk pergerakan Tools dalam proses penyayatan
Kode M :menyatakan kode/ fungsi untuk mengatur kerja mesin , mulai dari memutar spidle, sampai dengan mengaktifkan air pendingin

Kode  G ,   merupakan kode pemrograman yang terkait dengan pergerakan Tools dalam proses penyayatan, yang meliputi :
